Take a free transportation ticket to the distributor located in the baggage retrieval area (arrival level). It will allow you to use Geneva’s public transportation during 80 minutes in order to get to the Cornavin train station in the city centre in 7 minutes by train. The hotel is 5 minutes’ walk towards the lake, on your left just before the Mont-Blanc bridge.
By bus, tram or “mouettes” :
The Geneva public transportation is free during your stay at the Bristol Hotel. A card will be given to you upon your arrival at the hotel. Closest stops: Mont-Blanc by bus, stop at Cornavin Station by tram located 5 minutes’ walk and stop at les Paquis in “mouettes”, also 5 minutes’ walk away

No, it is impossible to smoke in the non-smoking rooms. A 400 CHF fine will be charged in case of non-compliance with this rule. But we do have some smoking rooms located on the 6th Floor.
Yes, our Concierge is at your disposal not only suggest restaurants according to your preferences but also to organize your evening. Our restaurant “Côté Square” is also part of one of the best restaurants in Geneva and has been awarded 16 points out of 20 by the 2021 Switzerland Gault & Millau Guide.

In compliance with the Swiss Federal Council’s guidelines, the Côté Square restaurant is only open to the hotel guests on Friday and Saturday for dinner with the Epicurian offer (menu to choose upon booking 24h in advance).
The other days, a limited snacking menu signed Côté Café is served to our hotel guests only for dinner.

The Restaurant Côté Square is open from Tuesday to Friday included, for lunch and dinner and on Monday evening and Saturday evening. We usually close twice a year the first week of January and during the Easter’s holidays.
A simpler and “homemade” fresh cuisine is served at Côté Café on weekend from noon to 2 pm and from 7 pm to 10 pm.
From 2pm to 6pm, 7 days a week, a second “homemade” snacking menu is served with a special attention to high quality produce from starter to dessert
Yes, we accept small size animals (large size on request). You will be responsible for any damages caused during your stay, if the case arises. Please do not hesitate to contact us to organise the stay of your companion.
Of course, the hotel has a luggage storage area and if you have a reservation at the Bristol, we would be happy to keep your luggage upon arrival or after the departure.
The room is ready at 2 PM, but we can keep your luggage in the meantime. You can also access the wellbeing centre if you wish to take a shower and get ready in case you have to leave immediately upon arrival.
Early check-in or late check-out are possible only according to availability. We cannot guarantee them. If early check-in or late check-out are part of your requirements, it is recommended that you book the previous night or the following night.
All our rooms are equipped to receive up to 3 persons, with the exception of the Ladies first rooms. We graciously provide on request, a baby crib or an extra bed in the parent’s rooms for children up to 6 years old.
The baby crib is free and the extra bed is free of charge for children up to 6 years old in the parent’s rooms (with the exception of the family offer). From children of 7 years old and above, the price of the extra bed is calculated automatically according to the dates of your stay.
Our rooms can only accommodate up to 3 people, we have connecting rooms in Classic and Deluxe categories (2 Classic together or 2 Deluxe together); therefore, we can accommodate up to 6 people if you book two interconnecting rooms.
Wi-Fi and cable connections are available free of charge in the entire hotel (rooms and common parts except in the wellbeing centre). An Internet point is also available in the hotel lobby and allows you to surf on the internet, scan documents or a USB key and print a document in black and white.
Yes the hotel has 4 covered parking spaces situated right beside the hotel. We advise that you book your parking space when you book your room by sending an email to our concierge : n.muller@bristol.ch, the cost of this parking space is 50 CHF
The hotel has 110 rooms and suites, divided between 7 floors.
By default, the cancellation policy applied on bookings made online on our internet site, by telephone, fax or email, is 24 hours before the arrival, not including congress periods. In the case of modification or late cancellation and no-show, a penalty will be charged. The water of Geneva is of an irreproachable quality and therefore there is absolutely no problem with tap water.

Yes, the hotel has a beautiful wellbeing centre of more than 200 m2 with gym, Jacuzzi, steam bath, two saunas and a chomotherapy rest room. The access is free and for the exclusive use of the hotel guests. It is opened all day from 7 AM to 10:30 PM.
We offer a digital access of a selection of more than 500 titles of international magazines and newspapers so you can read them on your smartphone or tablet.
