For the third consecutive year, the chef and his team are setting up their summer location and are proud to announce the opening of their summer dining concept: Quartiers d’été – Summer Food Court by Bristol. Discover a delightfully colorful menu featuring light, summery creations, including reimagined classics such as burgers, club sandwiches, ceviche, tuna tataki, and beef tagliata.
Served nonstop from noon to 10:30 p.m., seven days a week, in the air-conditioned dining room of the Hotel Bristol’s restaurant, at the bar, or on the terrace—ideally nestled in the lush Mont-Blanc Square—this menu celebrates the simple pleasures of summer.
For the occasion, the terrace’s decor has been completely redesigned to create a chic atmosphere; far from the hustle and bustle of the city, the shade provided by the square’s century-old trees will also delight those who seek tranquility and coolness.
