"A regular customer since 1999 and a frequent traveller in hotels of the same category, I have been able to observe the quality of the services provided by the Bristol, worthy of a 5* hotel but with something extra, a family atmosphere: you feel at home!

The location is perfect, equidistant from the train station and the city centre.

The rooms are more spacious than those found in hotels of this class, with excellent bedding which is a major advantage when travelling on business.

In the new rooms " Unique !", the decoration is contemporary but at the same time creates a warm, traditional and welcoming atmosphere. This is the special touch of the Bristol, a world-class hotel that does not belong to an international chain: we are in a large family home.

An insider's secret: I always ask for a courtyard room! They're so quiet you'd think you were in the country..."

On the service side

"I always find the same historic team, stable and faithful for years. There is a family spirit here, which is very nice.

Over time, more personal relationships have developed with each of them while remaining very professional: a form of sympathy that is never intrusive or familiar, based on a frank and honest relationship.

Unlike some family-style hotels, the owners do not hesitate to invest in modernising the offer, and this applies to the rooms as well as to the lobby, the fitness centre and the Côté Cour restaurant.

We have developed a long-standing relationship with its chef Bruno Marchal. I have had the opportunity to privatise the restaurant to organise tailor-made events with more than 50 guests, but also banquets, dinners or business lunches. Bruno is a creative person with whom it is possible to invent tailor-made menus ".
