New chef, new culinary concept!

This spring, the Bristol is unveiling a new culinary concept for its table Côté Square , inspired by the chef Christophe Pagnot and Denis Pourcher, the new Director of the establishment

The promise of this new concept? A gourmet lunch, served in less than an hour at noon, to suit the tightest of schedules.

At the head of the Bristol's kitchens since last April, Christophe Pagnot has brought a breath of fresh air to the restaurant of this historic address, appreciated for its authentic and friendly luxury. Listening to the needs of travelers, the chef, in collaboration with the new director Denis Pourcher, has imagined a unique lunch offer based on transalpine cuisine, making it possible to enjoy a complete gastronomic menu in a short time. Each week, guests will discover a new menu with a choice of four starters, four main courses - including a vegetarian option - and four desserts, which will change according to inspiration and seasonal products.

Offered at a price of 54 CHF for the entrée, 44 CHF for the main course and 66 CHF for the complete menu, this tasty concept revisits the great classics of French gastronomy with Asian, Latin or French island influences, in a nod to the chef's past experiences in Geneva, Saint-Barthélemy and the West Indies.

In the evening, the chef proposes to the gourmets a sophisticated menu as well as several thematic menus, around the products of the sea or the soil, inviting the guests to take time, to satisfy all their senses.

Menu from 79 CHF

Available from Tuesday to Saturday, the two menus can be enjoyed on the shaded terrace facing the Square du Mont-Blanc, which has about 20 seats and will open in June. In the meantime, diners at the Bristol can enjoy the cozy setting of the restaurant Côté Square, which seats 38. Redesigned by interior designer Annie Zéau as part of last year's renovations, the space reveals a contemporary and sophisticated atmosphere, with velvet armchairs, abstract carpeting and a touch of color here and there.

Opening hours Côté Square
Lunch: Tuesday to Saturday, from 12:00 to 14:00
Dinner: Tuesday to Saturday, from 7:00 pm to 10:00 pm
