From Tuesday to Saturday inclusive at the Côté Square restaurant, savor the authentic flavors of high-quality cuisine, recommended by the GaultMillau guide, and succumb to the elegance of the table. Or, served daily, the bar menu (and room-service menu for hotel guests) will be a delicious alternative to discover the classics revisited by chef Christophe Pagnot.
And from June 23 to September 15, 2025, the chef and his brigade take up their summer quarters!!!! Discover new sunny, gourmet formulas and a deliciously colorful menu featuring light, summery creations: slates, clubs, tuna tataki, ceviche, beef tagliata... A menu served non-stop from noon to 11pm, 7 days a week, indoors or on the terrace ideally nestled in the verdant Square du Mont-Blanc, in the shade of its century-old trees.
