    Every night of the week, Ludovic Roy, who has received an incredible mark of 14/20 from the famous Swiss Gault Millau guide, proposes new flavours with his tasting menu.

    Opening hours: from 12.00 p.m. to 2.00 p.m. and from 7.00 p.m. to 10.00 p.m. Our restaurant is open from Monday to Friday, noon and evening.

    At the weekend, the Hotel Bristol offers dining options at the bar during service hours. Discover a menu boasting a wide choice, from classic dishes to the more adventurous. Room service is available 365 days a year.

    Chef Ludovic Roy is accompanied on a daily basis by a culinary team who are deeply passionate.

    Their experience and know-how enable them to cater a menu of the very highest quality. As with our reception team, the kitchen and waiting staff know how to best serve our guests and provide an exceptionally high standard of service in a warm.

    Breakfasts

    Accompanied by the soft music of our harpist, our Champagne breakfast, served daily, is a truly refined way to spoil yourself.

    From day break, you are invited to enjoy the buffet with a range of sublime delicacies: centre-cut salmon, eggs cooked on request, oven-dried tomatoes, bacon and poultry sausages...

    ... plateau of mature cheeses, pancakes, a range of freshly sliced fruit, juices, an assortment of pastries and more.

    The Champagne buffet breakfast is served daily in the Relais Bristol from 7.00 a.m. to 10.00 a.m. (10.30 a.m. at weekends). 

    Our harpist plays every morning from 7.30 a.m. to 9.30 a.m. (from 8.00 a.m. to 10.00 a.m at weekends).

    Continental breakfast served in your room from 7.00 a.m. to 10.30 a.m.

    Espresso coffee served at the bar until noon.

    The pianist plays throughout the year from 6.00 p.m. onwards from Monday to Friday (except in July and August).

    Room service at the Hotel Bristol is available 24 hours a day.

    Breakfast from 7.00 a.m. to 10.30 am, lunch from 11.30 a.m. to 2.30 p.m. and dinner from 7.00 p.m. to 10.30 p.m. Outside these hours, guests may choose from a selection of dishes.
