Following complete interior remodeling the restaurant of the Hôtel Bristol Geneva renamed “Côté Square” in reference to its exceptional view of the Mont Blanc Square.
We are delighted to welcome Bruno Marchal, who brings his experience, his culinary knowledge as well as his talent to the team. We are looking forward to seeing his influence lifting our hotel’s dining experience and consolidate our existing reputation for excellent, simple and fresh food with seasonal and innovative flavours, inspired by local produce.
Every night of the week, Côté Square, who has received an incredible mark of 14/20 from the famous Swiss Gault Millau guide, proposes new flavours with his tasting menu "chemins des gourmets"
Opening hours: from 12.00 p.m. to 2.00 p.m. and from 7.00 p.m. to 10.00 p.m. Our restaurant is open from Monday to Friday.
At the weekend, the Hotel Bristol offers dining options at the bar during service hours. Discover a menu boasting a wide choice, from classic dishes to the more adventurous. Room service is available 365 days a year.
Parking: public parking in the square behind the hotel (free from 7pm to 8am, Sundays and bank holidays)
