The Bristol Hotel Geneva is proud to announce the 15th item awarded by the Swiss Gault & Millau Guide 2019 for its restaurant “Côté Square”.

The Côté Square restaurant is praised for “its peaceful atmosphere like that of a great restaurant (…) and for Bruno Marchal’s menu, especially, which contains some very beautiful finds of remarkable refinement”. An ambitious, high quality cuisine that combines conviviality, elegance of the table and authentic flavors.

The Chef Bruno Marchal and his brigade offer you every lunch of the week a seasonal cuisine, focusing on local products at CHF 27.- and the full menu at CHF 57.-. In the evening, several menus are available starting from CHF 73.- (starter, main course and dessert).
