"Absolutely loved this hotel. Everyone was so lovely to us, from the moment we walked in with a last-minute booking that wasn't even on their system yet, to every question we asked them! We were very kindly upgraded to a deluxe room which was beautiful - looked out on the gardens, had plenty of space, everything was clean and sparkling, and we felt rich and relaxed. Location is perfect - a very short walk from the train station, and even shorter walk (a few steps really!) to the lake and views, and then on to Old Town Geneva. Couldn't recommend this place or its people higher - thank you so much!"

"Hotel Bristol ......a great Geneva hotel !!!!” "An elegant hotel in downtown Geneva. The location is perfect as it is steps away from Mont Blanc Bridge which connects you to the beautiful Rue du Rhone with its fabulous shops. Close by is the charming "old town" with great little boutiques and restaurants.
The check in was quick, and efficient. The hotel staff is professional, courteous, and friendly. This is an older hotel that has kept its high standards in terms of impeccable cleanliness, classic decor, and incredible comfort. All of my reservation requests were honored and ready at check-in, including parking (a nightly surcharge CH40). Parking is limited as with most Geneva hotels, so you must reserve in advance.
Our room was lovely. It faced the back courtyard and was very quiet and spacious. The bed and pillows were wonderful and we slept without any disturbances, so relaxing.
The lounge provides wonderful, easy listening, live music,..... so enjoyable as you sip on a local wine from a nearby vineyard. We dined in the evening in the hotel's restaurant. The food was fabulous, I had lamb, my husband had veal. A duo played soft music in the dining room ..... A very romantic setting. At the dining room entrance was a huge chocolate Easter egg on which was designed a clock as a symbol of Geneva's long history of watch making. This was another sign of the details that are worked into the entire hotel experience at Hotel Bristol.
This hotel was very reasonably priced for Geneva, and it provided exceptional quality. I highly recommend Hotel Bristol."

"Really good choice"
Great location for this hotel, close for the train station, the lake and the heart of Geneva. The bedroom and the hotel itself was classic and
very comfortable and I really want to point out the quality of the service and of the employees.
I come several times per year in Geneva for business and I have decided to choose this hotel each time.

"I stayed here for business for 2 nights in March 2013. It wouldn't have been my first choice but as the Geneva auto show was going on, this was my only option.I loved it however and was glad I was able to stay here. I would return.
(...) It has the old world features that are quickly fading in Europe - elevators with doors that you pull open, lots of wood paneling, a restaurant that does not try to be hip but rather serves traditional cuisine, and a bar with live but quiet entertainment each night.
The room was sparkling clean and spacious and bright.Bedding was excellent and because my work was in the afternoon, I slept till 12pm one day. If there was any noise, I didn't hear it. The bathroom was very clean and had everything you could want including what appears to be marble. (...)
The restaurant and bar were my favorite areas. I didn't eat a formal meal in the restaurant but did have breakfast to the pleasant sounds of a harpist on my last morning. I had an excellent club sandwich at the bar for lunch and nightly drinks from Yannick, an amicable and efficient bar tender."
"The decoration is classic old world, but with very modern touches such as free high quality wifi, and a gym and jacuzzi in the basement. The room was super comfortable with a great bed, and we also enjoyed an excellent breakfast buffet, including live entertainment by a harp player. Very classy! I can highly recommend Hotel Bristol."

" We stayed here for two nights. Fortunate to get an upgrade to a superior room. It's was a huge room with a high ceiling and a Nespresso machine which I have at home.
A massive king size bed and de ent bathroom. Also had BBC1 useful for the news and watching when I need to gobraindead.
The staff was outstanding in particular a young chap called Max who helped us without restaurant reservations for Geneva on a Saturday night.
He was an exceptional chap, veryfriendly and easy to speak to given my terrible command of French.
All other staff we had dealing with we're also very courteous and friendly. Also the room was refreshed soon aft wewent out as we had to come back later that morning to pick up our cameras. Great hotel and would definitely stay here again. Well done Bristol Geneva and thanks."
